After your payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. Processing may take longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or if items need to be sourced from multiple locations.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery is not instant and can vary:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and method chosen. We may also offer promotions such as free or discounted shipping on select items.
International Shipping & Customs
If you are ordering from outside our main shipping region, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is marked delivered by the carrier but hasn’t arrived, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to review and assist, but decisions on refunds or reshipments will follow the carrier’s tracking evidence and dispute policies.
